2. 2.1. Local and Regional Shipping:

   • There is no free shipping for orders outside South African borders

     We use DSV Courier Services, which offers the following delivery options:

5.1. Lost Packages:

• If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@sff.co.za.
• We will coordinate with DSV to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement.

5.2. Delayed Packages:

• Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processes.
• We will keep you updated and work to resolve any delays.

5.3. Damaged Packages:

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged package.
• Provide clear photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair.
  

6.1. Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

6.2. SFF Online is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7.1. South Africa: No customs fees or duties apply for local deliveries.

7.2. Cross-Border Deliveries:

• Orders shipped outside South Africa may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays. .
